The Eagles meet divisional rivals, New York Giants, Monday night. And the Eagles will be without three definite players tonight–WR Nelson Agholor, RB Jordan Howard, and LB Kamu Grugier-Hill.
The Eagles have again been subjected to the injury outbreak this season, prevailing most of their losses.
Given their opponent, the Eagles shouldn’t be in serious need of those players Monday night. However, the Eagles shouldn’t be too confident in their ability to seize victory against shitty teams if you account for their embarrassing loss against the 3-10 Dolphins last week.
With Agholor’s absence, the Eagles will be down to just a triplet of healthy wide receivers tonight… That being Alshon Jeffery, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, and Greg Ward. As Bleeding Green Nation mentioned, it does come to a general surprise that Howie Roseman didn’t execute any actions in regard to promoting practice squad players.
All accounted for, you can expect to see Josh Sweat, Vinny Curry, and perhaps Genard Avery in at defensive line against the Giants Monday night.
No Howard , no Grugier-hill …. I’m also told no Barnett , no Agholor tonight
