According to Mike Garafolo, the Eagles are reuniting with wide receiver DeSean Jackson via trade.

The Eagles surrendered a 2019 6th-round pick to acquire the 32-year-old and a 2020 7th-round pick, per Derrick Gunn. They’ve reworked Jackson’s contract to 3-years, $27 million.
Jackson was drafted by the Eagles in 2008, before registering 32 touchdowns and 6,117 yards throughout the six year tenure. Last season with the Buccanneers, Jackson, age 32, registered four touchdowns and 774 yards.
Jackson coming to the Eagles will be a compliment as they have Alshon Jeffery and (presumably) Nelson Agholor as other wideouts.
