“What a moment,” as NBC Sports Philadelphia described it via Twitter, just as Philadelphia Eagles’ head coach Doug Pederson delivered the first pitch this season at the Philadelphia Phillies home opener on Thursday.
Doug Pederson was wearing a Roy Halladay jersey whom passed away at the age of 40 last November, just as he threw a perfect strike down the center of home plate. The video of him throwing the first pitch is as follows:

Don’t expect any Eagles action today, because Eagles’ General Manager Howie Roseman looks to be there. As well as the Eagles’ Super Bowl trophy.
