Eagles hired Doug Pederson as head coach three years ago today

Three years ago today, Eagles made the best decision of their lives – they hired current head coach, Doug Pederson.

In Pederson’s first year as the head coach, he went 7-9. Though, he was the first Eagles coach to win all of their first three games of the season. In his second year, he went 11-2 with quarterback Carson Wentz, then adjusted his scheme to fit backup QB Nick Foles after Wentz got injured, to go on and win the Eagles their first Super Bowl in franchise history. In his third year, he adjusted his scheme once again to fit Foles, and ended up advancing to the NFC Divisional Round of the playoffs.

Easily the best coach in Philadelphia Eagles history.
