DeSean Jackson, Darren Sproles, and Timmy Jernigan WILL play against Bears

Although the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t execute any transactions prior to last week’s trade deadline, their roster will still face an upgrade…

Eagles will be gifted with the return of DeSean Jackson and Darren Sproles against the Bears on Sunday afternoon, according to their absence from the Eagles’ 11:30 AM injury report.

After being asked about Jackson’s playing chances Friday, Doug Pederson said, “We are going to get through today, again. He’s had a great week of practice … He’s been limited on the injury report all week. We’ll get through today and tomorrow and we’re optimistic that he can play.”

Jackson was listed as a limited participant all last week, but he’ll now be making his return to the field in front of Eagles’ fans at the Linc.

Eagles haven’t seen Jackson in a uniform since Week 2, after injuring his abdomen. In Week 1 for Jackson, he received eight passes for 154 yards and two touchdowns. Sproles, on the other hand, faced another hamstring injury weeks ago. The last game he played in was against the Jets, registering just three carries for four yards.

In addition to Jackson and Sproles returning, we will also see Timmy Jernigan returning, who also wasn’t mentioned on the Eagles’ injury report.

However, list as inactive is Nate Sudfeld, Sidney Jones, Shareef Miller, Nigel Bradham, Nate Herbig, Jason Peters, and Daeshon Hall.
