Unsurprisingly, after getting arrested on Sunday morning by Philadelphia police, the Philadelphia Eagles look to part ways with their recently acquired cornerback Daryl Worley after a little over a month. Nonetheless, Worley was not guaranteed to make the team’s 53-man roster in the first place.
Worley was allegedly found passed out in a vehicle blocking a highway, with the possession of a gun, near the Eagles’ team facility. He was arrested after being “combative” and tased by Philadelphia police. Somewhat obvious, he was released by the Eagles.
Eagles still look to find a replacement for Patrick Robinson, preferably in the 2018 NFL Draft. Here’s an article I wrote consisting of some potential candidates in the draft that can replace Robinson.
Bye-bye, Daryl.
