Michael Bennett will attend Eagles’ mandatory minicamp

Eagles’ defensive end Michael Bennett announces that he’ll attend Philadelphia Eagles’ mandatory minicamp, after skipping Eagles’ OTAs this spring.

On Monday, we got to see Bennett for the first time in an Eagles uniform, and he looks pretty nice in his No. 77 jersey. Bennett’s tweet is as follows via Twitter (after advertisement):

Per NBC Sports Philadelphia, if Bennett had not to attend the Eagles’ minicamp, he could be fined more than $84 thousand. He could certainly afford it, so it seems he ready to fly.

Darren Sproles is also a player that didn’t attend OTAs, but will attend the minicamp, which is good news after breaking his arm and tearing his ACL last season.
