Jordan Hicks and Cardinals agree on terms to a four-year, $36 million deal

Former Eagles linebacker Jordan Hicks has agreed on a four-year, $36 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals, per NFL Insider Ian Rapoport. He’s guaranteed $20 million of that.

The 27-year-old was the Eagles best linebacker when healthy… However, that wouldn’t mean much if he can’t stay healthy. The 12 games Hicks played in with the Eagles last season, he registered 91 combined tackles and three sacks.

Eagles just couldn’t afford to spend an extra $9 million per year on someone who can’t stay on the field. Big loss for the Eagles.
