Former Eagles, Chiefs, and Ravens wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has confirmed arising reports that he is retiring from the National Football League. He confirmed it via Twitter on Sunday evening:

Maclin was drafted by the Eagles in the 2009 NFL Draft. He remained an Eagle until after the 2014 season. During his tenure in Philadelphia, the 30-year-old registered 36 receiving touchdowns and almost 5000 receiving yards.
Maclin was selected to the Pro Bowl once (2014) before agreeing to a five-year, $55 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs. He ended up being released by the Chiefs in 2017 before then signing a two-year, $11 million deal with the Baltimore Ravens.
