“Man. I would love it. That organization, they’ve proven to be champions year-in and year-out. You know, they work hard for sure,” Tate said. “You got to admire that organization. They do things right and have been for a long time. So I would definitely love to be [someone] that catches passes from Tom.”

Tate was acquired by the Eagles via trade with the Detroit Lions, using a third-round pick. Before catching a game-winning touchdown against the Bears in the playoffs this year, Eagles offensive coordinates Mike Groh said he struggled integrating Tate into the system. Personally, I don’t blame Tate for not wanting to stay.
Nevertheless, if Tate does indeed walk, Eagles will receive a third-round compensatory pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.Follow @EaglesFeast
