Eagles’ general manager Howie Roseman does it again – but this time by restructuring Pro Bowl RG Brandon Brooks’s contract.
The restructure will reportedly create $6.37 million in cap space, reducing Brooks’s cap number to $4.77 million next season.
The restructure may have been urged by the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft on Thursday.
