The suspension is reportedly the result of at least one 2016 incident involving Bradham. In July 2016 he was charged with assault. In October of that year, he was arrested in a Miami airport for carrying a firearm in his bag.
Bradham has issued an apology via Twitter:
I would like to apologize to my fans, coaches, teammates and the entire eagles organization for the 1 game suspension. This stems from a July 2016 incident and the matter is now resolved.I look forward to giving it my all this season and helping the team win another Championship

The Eagles will obviously need some help at linebacker, having lost Paul Worrilow to a season-ending injury shortly after releasing Mychal Kendricks.
