The gruesome looking injury suffered by Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby yesterday during his first game with the team isn’t quite as serious as originally expected.
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday morning that there was no major ligament damage and the corner will likely miss between four and six weeks. While still a blow to Philadelphia’s thin cornerback group, many had already written off Darby for the entire season, so we’ll consider this to be some relatively good news.
