Eagles and C Jason Kelce agree on one-year contract extension

The Philadelphia Eagles and center Jason Kelce agreed to a one-year contract extension through 2021, according to the team via Twitter.

The extension will also bump his pay up to $11 million per season, making him the highest paid center in the league.

This is obviously a very good decision by Eagles general manager Howie Roseman. Kelce demonstrates competent leadership and admirable blocking skills when it comes to the running game.

Details of the contract are yet to be released.
