Eagles allow 2x as many sacks when QB Carson Wentz plays than Nick Foles

According to Pro Football Focus, the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line allows sacks 6.21% of Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz’s dropbacks. That is almost twice as many sacks they allow when quarterback Nick Foles takes dropbacks (3.45%).

Not sure why this is … seems like a coaching adjustment. Regardless, they should just act like they’re protecting Foles when Wentz is in, haha.

Jokes aside, this is really odd. This could be a very good rebuttal as to why Wentz wasn’t playing as well as Foles was this past season.
