On Wednesday afternoon, an announcement was made, that former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks is being charged with insider trading.

Kendricks, age 27, is expected to serve 8-12 months in prison, which can be reduced by community service, house arrest, split sentence, etc – per legal analyst and attorney David Weinstein via CBS Sports’ Cody Benjamin.
